  • •Lead global regulatory and compliance strategy, proactively identifying risk and advising senior stakeholders on enterprise-impact legal and regulatory matters.
  • •Manage global product compliance programs, coordinating physical and chemical testing protocols and standards.
  • •Advise on labeling and packaging requirements across markets, including country-of-origin, materials, care instructions, and consumer warnings.
  • •Track and translate evolving global regulatory requirements (e.g., Green Claims, EPR, and import/export rules) into practical business guidance.
  • •Develop and administer supplier compliance programs, including contractual requirements, audit coordination, and corrective action management.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of practicing attorney experience advising on regulatory/compliance and complex commercial or technology matters for consumer goods, preferably footwear or apparel.
  • •At least 2 years of in-house experience (as an in-house lawyer or working with in-house lawyers).
  • •Admitted to the bar of at least one US State and in good standing.
  • •Significant experience leading regulatory risk management across business operations (identify, assess, mitigate).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
