Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain understanding of EU data protection and AI compliance frameworks and translate them into actionable organizational plans.
  • •Monitor legislative changes and update internal processes and safeguarding controls accordingly.
  • •Define and supervise compliance control activities and ensure cohesive efforts with IT, Legal, and Risk Management.
  • •Support AI governance policies and define/maintain real-life testing plans, including scope, success metrics, and rollback triggers.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders and use case owners to integrate compliance measures into business operations and report status, risks, and mitigations to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in law, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
  • •Strong understanding of EU legal frameworks, particularly GDPR and the AI Act.

  • •Solid understanding of IT and AI technologies and their data protection implications.
  • •Minimum 5 years (corporate) business experience; interest in AI required (data privacy tools experience desirable).
