Key Responsibilities

  • •Build domain-specific large language models (LLM/MLLM) for e-commerce, integrating domain knowledge to apply models to business scenarios.
  • •Optimize e-commerce governance by improving merchant/product/video/live-stream/IPR governance and developing intelligent review systems that explain rejection decisions.
  • •Enhance models through data construction, foundational model enhancement, instruction fine-tuning, chain-of-thought (CoT), and parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT).
  • •Solve governance application challenges including long text/sequence modeling, few-shot learning, content moderation, violation detection, and policy recommendation using large and multimodal models.
  • •Research and optimize e-commerce-specific NLP and multimodal large models to improve multilingual, multi-task, and multi-modal performance across e-commerce scenarios.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completing a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Strong programming skills with a foundation in data structures and algorithms, plus experience using algorithmic and engineering frameworks.
  • •Deep knowledge of machine learning, including research experience in deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, or multimodal learning.
  • •Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with the team to explore new technologies and drive technical innovation.
  • •Preferred: prior publications in international conferences or journals, including ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, and CVPR.
