Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver senior project and programme management across a range of high-profile infrastructure projects for clients.
  • •Administer NEC3/NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts, including contract management throughout delivery.
  • •Own project controls, financial management, and governance including HSE, quality, and environmental management.
  • •Lead, manage, and develop project teams on large projects or programmes, including mentoring future project managers.
  • •Manage multiple work streams and communicate effectively with senior client representatives to develop workable delivery solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •NEC3 or NEC4 accredited Project Manager (essential) and able to administer NEC3/NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts in a named PM role or within the last 12 months.
  • •Significant infrastructure project and/or programme management experience across the full project lifecycle, including project management principles and delivery to client objectives.
  • •Strong capability across contract management, financial management, project controls, and health, safety, quality, and environmental management.
  • •Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills to lead teams in challenging environments and build trusted advisor relationships.
  • •Degree or HND qualification in a management, construction, or infrastructure-related subject (or equivalent experience), plus relevant professional affiliation and/or project management certification (APM/PRINCE2/MSP).
