Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate and appraise highly complex auto physical damage claims using digital tools in line with contract terms, guidelines, and state laws and regulations.
  • •Investigate claim damages by communicating with insured members, internal adjusters, and third parties, including possible face-to-face interactions.
  • •Review facts of loss and vehicle damage, ensure supporting physical damage documentation is included, and identify subrogation opportunities.
  • •Maintain accurate, current claim file documentation and manage desk workflows to support fast, accurate claims adjudication.
  • •Support CAT response operations as needed, including mandatory on-call dates and potential evening/weekend/holiday work and possible CAT deployment travel.

  • •Proficient knowledge of P&C insurance policy contracts and coverages, including the auto parts distribution and claim appraisal processes.
  • •Advanced working knowledge of estimating losses using CCC or similar estimating platforms.
  • •Acquire and maintain an insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts; located within Texas or Colorado.
