Serve guests in the Executive Club Lounge at Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City to create 100% guest satisfaction. Greet executive guests, respond to inquiries, and coordinate lounge operations such as replenishing supplies and amenities, maintaining cleanliness, and processing check-ins/check-outs. Stay current on hotel services, VIP requests, and special events while following health, safety, and liquor laws and resolving guest concerns with hospitality and teamwork.
