Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain bill of materials accuracy and audit MRP systems to prepare for production at rate.
  • •Establish and manage inventory level targets, review line of balances, align demand/supply signals and allocations, and maintain product master data.
  • •Develop and execute supply plans to ensure on-time, high-quality continuity of supply and prevent stock-outs while optimizing working capital utilization.
  • •Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality to determine change cut-ins, reduce obsolescence, and eliminate/reduce quality issues.
  • •Analyze supply chain data and report key metrics on MRP health and execution performance; proactively update management on critical supply issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years, or 7+ years experience in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, material/production planning, operations, or supply chain management.
  • •Strong expertise in material planning, including master production scheduling and material cost control.
  • •Ability to construct and execute a supply plan that fulfills product needs on time and with quality, while mitigating risk.
  • •Familiarity with ERP systems and purchasing/planning functions, including navigating multitier Bill of Materials and work orders.
  • •Experience with data/analytics tools such as SQL and PowerBI, plus advanced MS Excel skills for pivot tables/macros and reporting.
