Personal Banker - part time

Deliver needs-based banking conversations and retail sales for customers at the Olathe 159th & Mur-Len location. Build long-lasting relationships, educate customers on retail products and digital solutions, and accurately complete transactions while following policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and refer customers to specialists when needs are complex. Role includes training, a set work schedule, and potential to earn more via a quarterly incentive program.
