Job Summary

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, integrations, and other modules. Customize workflows, forms, business rules, scripts, UI policies, and build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP/APIs and MID Server. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders, maintain platform upgrades and performance, document solutions, and troubleshoot issues with root-cause analysis to ensure ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, integrations, or other modules.
•Customize ServiceNow applications (workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies) and build integrations.
•Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
•Develop and configure applications using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
•Maintain stability and performance through upgrades/patch management, create documentation, and troubleshoot issues with root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer (minimum 3+ years).
•Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core platform features and capabilities.
•Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly, AngularJS preferred).
•Experience with one or more modules: ITSM, CSM, Integrations.
•Knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and related web services (e.g., LDAP, SSO).
