Key Responsibilities

•Finish jewelry pieces through grinding, polishing, enamel, and hand setting to achieve required quality
•Polish and prepare surfaces, assemble components, and perform finishing tasks per job specifications
•Maintain finishing equipment and ensure tooling is calibrated for accuracy and efficiency
•Contribute to meeting KPI targets and lead times on the sample development line
•Collaborate with other craftspeople to ensure consistency and quality across batches

Key Requirements

•3-5 years finishing experience in jewelry craftsmanship including grinding, polishing, enamel, hand setting, and related finishing processes
•Proficiency in finishing techniques and equipment used in jewelry manufacturing
•Educational background in a field related to jewelry/finishing or equivalent experience
•Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity suitable for precise finishing work
•Ability to meet KPI targets and contribute to lead times and production workflow
