Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of standard/complex construction loans, primarily multifamily LIHTC transactions, with limited oversight from more experienced CLAs
  • •Perform end-to-end monthly due diligence on borrower draw requisitions, including documentation verification and tracking/balancing sources and uses
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for borrowers and coordinate with internal/external partners to ensure loan agreement-compliant documentation for funding
  • •Administer daily loan operations including processing draw requisitions, managing bank-controlled accounts (BCAs), and tracking budgets, change orders, and equity contributions
  • •Manage the loan lifecycle through monitoring maturities, coordinating extensions, processing payoffs, and executing permanent loan conversions; lead training/onboarding and process improvements

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 134,400 - 153,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • •At least 5 years of experience in construction loan management
  • •At least 5 years of experience in accounting and loan operations, including direct preparation, review, or processing of loan documents
  • •Experience with construction lending, LIHTC investment, or syndication
  • •Strong critical thinking, credit analysis, and problem solving skills
