Job Summary

Own the quality, consistency, and coherence of all customer-facing enablement assets for the Business Operations team. You’ll formalize client deliverables, audit proposals/contracts/project plans for parity, and run targeted customer email marketing with light demand-generation instincts. Partner across Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and People Ops to align messaging to brand standards, and shape practical training curricula while translating policy into SOPs and AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish brand and design consistency for customer-facing materials including proposals, contracts, project plans, attestations, and reports.
•Review templated and custom external deliverables to ensure parity between what the company sells, delivers, and communicates.
•Manage customer email marketing by coordinating asset creation and targeted outreach for current customer accounts.
•Partner with Sales, Marketing, and People Operations to ensure external assets, website copy, and internal communications reflect brand standards.
•Influence training curricula for customer-facing teams, track completion/certifications, and translate internal policy changes into SOPs and workflows while monitoring adherence.

•Sharp attention to visual formatting, tone, and design detail to identify and correct off-brand customer-facing content.
•Experience executing targeted customer email campaigns with general CRM familiarity and light demand-generation instincts.
•Comfort working across tools including Google Workspace, Notion, HubSpot, Juro, and Canva, with practical experience using Agentic AI workflows.
