Key Responsibilities

  • •Run core People Ops processes end-to-end, including payroll, contracts, amendments, benefits, time off, and coordination across France, Spain, and the US.
  • •Own compliance by ensuring readiness for audits and supporting sensitive processes with Legal across jurisdictions.
  • •Build HR systems and data by maintaining HRIS as a single source of truth and providing reliable People Ops reporting.
  • •Document and automate People Ops processes, leveraging AI tools used daily across the company.
  • •Deliver a consistent onboarding and offboarding experience and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in People Operations or HR administration in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.
  • •Strong foundation across People Ops, with real depth in at least one area such as payroll, compliance, HR systems, or HR projects.
  • •End-to-end payroll experience and the ability to quickly master modern HRIS and payroll tools.
  • •Strong knowledge of French labor law and international HR exposure (Spain or US is a plus).
  • •Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
