Job Summary

Serve as a trusted commercial and compliance legal partner to business teams across Europe and globally. Draft, review, and negotiate complex customer, channel partner, procurement, and technology licensing agreements. Advise on EU/member-state regulatory requirements including GDPR, export controls, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption. Assess legal risks, propose practical solutions, manage external counsel for disputes, and help build internal templates and processes to improve efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including customer sales contracts, channel partner agreements, procurement agreements, and technology licensing arrangements.
•Advise business teams on EU and member-state regulatory requirements, including GDPR compliance, export controls, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption programs.
•Identify and assess legal risks, propose practical solutions, and manage external counsel on disputes and specialized matters.
•Collaborate with senior executives as a strategic partner to develop internal processes and templates to improve efficiency and compliance awareness.

Key Requirements

•Law degree and qualification to practice law in at least one EU jurisdiction.
•10+ years of legal experience, including training at a reputable international law firm and in-house counsel experience with a multinational corporation.
•Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong track record advising on commercial transactions, international contracting, and cross-border legal issues.
•Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across jurisdictions and functions.
