Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure service users’ needs are met within agreed timeframes and in line with contractual obligations for UK Visas & Immigration accommodation and transport.
  • •Schedule and prioritise repairs and defects for internal and external operatives, ensuring correct work category, timescales, and recipients.
  • •Maintain data integrity in IT systems to support performance reporting and classification of defects.
  • •Deal with vendor queries daily and escalate to the Service Delivery Manager where appropriate.
  • •Ensure responses to authority requests are completed within contractual timescales and KPIs 5, 6, and 7.
