Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, including removing existing gas and air conditioning equipment and leaving the space clean and ready.
•Perform refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging with care and precision.
•Prep spaces thoughtfully after equipment removal so new installs start correctly.
•Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to execute installs accurately and troubleshoot confidently.
•Stay current on local building codes and ensure every job is compliant while delivering a great customer experience.

Key Requirements
