Own and continuously improve Thumbtack’s paid search strategy, managing and optimizing the SEM program across Google and Microsoft to meet KPI targets. Drive growth with experimentation across ad copy, keywords, and bidding, while collaborating with analytics, data science, and engineering to build bid automation, tracking, attribution, and measurement. Use in-house and third-party data to monitor performance metrics like iROAS, incrementality, and lift.
