Key Responsibilities

•Lead test planning and execution for Menace Family of Products, Titan, and other Connected Warfare products across software and hardware test environments.
•Develop, execute, and report system integration tests, developmental tests, operational assessments, and customer acceptance events.
•Define and manage verification strategies using requirements-based and scenario-based methods, incorporating customer standards and metrics.
•Coordinate cross-functional test activities and oversee Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), safety review boards, test incidents, and deficiency tracking with program and external range stakeholders.
•Ensure issues/deviations are documented, prioritized, and communicated; establish test coverage metrics with requirements traceability; supervise data analysis and present findings at customer reviews.

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline (advanced degree preferred), or equivalent relevant experience.
•5-8 years of system-level test and evaluation experience for integrated hardware/software systems, with 3-5+ years in a technical leadership or test lead capacity.
•Proven experience leading test teams (≥5 engineers/technicians) and managing complex multi-site test campaigns.
•Hands-on experience executing developmental and operational test events in both lab and field environments.
•Strong background in requirements development, test planning, verification/validation, and test reporting with traceability management.
