Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead test planning and execution for Menace Family of Products, Titan, and other Connected Warfare products across software and hardware test environments.
  • •Develop, execute, and report system integration tests, developmental tests, operational assessments, and customer acceptance events.
  • •Define and manage verification strategies using requirements-based and scenario-based methods, incorporating customer standards and metrics.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional test activities and oversee Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), safety review boards, test incidents, and deficiency tracking with program and external range stakeholders.
  • •Ensure issues/deviations are documented, prioritized, and communicated; establish test coverage metrics with requirements traceability; supervise data analysis and present findings at customer reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline (advanced degree preferred), or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •5-8 years of system-level test and evaluation experience for integrated hardware/software systems, with 3-5+ years in a technical leadership or test lead capacity.
  • •Proven experience leading test teams (≥5 engineers/technicians) and managing complex multi-site test campaigns.
  • •Hands-on experience executing developmental and operational test events in both lab and field environments.
  • •Strong background in requirements development, test planning, verification/validation, and test reporting with traceability management.
