Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line Coach ambassador. Build client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet individual and team KPIs. •Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.

Key Requirements

•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain strong performance on a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
