Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other project stakeholders.
  • •Support administering contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
  • •Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion against budget.
  • •Proactively manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring applications are made correctly and on time.
  • •Support contract change management and the negotiation/agreement of final accounts, collaborating with client and contractor teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualification in Estimating, Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering.
  • •Experience in the Infrastructure (Rail, air, power, highways) sector.
  • •Demonstrable experience compiling, assuring, and delivering complex estimates and cost models.
  • •Experience working within an integrated Project Controls team.
  • •Excellent, flexible Microsoft Office Suite skills (MS Excel, Work, PowerPoint) with strong client-facing written and verbal communication.
