Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end design for feature areas from concept through delivery.
  • •Frame problems, shape hypotheses, participate in discovery, synthesize research and data, and translate insights into design direction.
  • •Create flows, prototypes, interaction patterns, and visual designs in Figma; communicate rationale, explain tradeoffs, and align with cross-functional partners.
  • •Iterate based on feedback, testing, data, and experimentation; collaborate with product, engineering, research, content, and data teams.
  • •Contribute to accessibility and design system quality by considering flows, states, patterns, reusable components, and WCAG 2.2 guidance.
