Key Responsibilities

  • •Support deployment and maintenance of Micron’s Quality Management System (QMS) programs, standards, and compliance.
  • •Participate in quality improvement and continuous improvement projects to enhance process effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • •Coordinate customer and certification audits by preparing materials, tracking action items, and following up on corrective actions.
  • •Prepare quality-related documentation for customer audits and visits and coordinate quality requests with cross-functional teams.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and support teams on quality objectives, problem-solving, and AI-enabled continuous improvement within scope.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • •Basic understanding of quality systems, manufacturing processes, or process improvement concepts.
