Job Summary

Join Crocs as a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional in-store experiences, support all store departments, and help drive sales through engaging customer service, product knowledge, and brand initiatives. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Collaborate with store teammates to maintain a positive team culture and uphold Crocs values.
•Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and launches and sharing this knowledge with customers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
•Ability to move merchandise, stock shelves, and operate in both backroom and sales floor areas.
•Strong team player with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Excellent communication and customer service skills to deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs' service model.
•Wamiliarity with basic computer/register systems and the ability to read and input information accurately.
