Backend Engineering Manager, Global E-Commerce (Governance Service)

Lead the Governance Service engineering team for Global E-Commerce, focused on building a safe and trustworthy marketplace. Establish and manage a governance & experience tech team, design and architect backend solutions, and provide technical support. Partner with product and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver key results, define a long-term technical roadmap, and contribute to major technical decisions across the product lineup, including risk detection, fairness, sustainability, and content/commodity quality.
