Job Summary

Be present at every show to upsell VIP inventory and deliver highly personal service to VIP concert patrons in the House of Blues venue. You’ll provide VIP clients with venue and timing information, recognize Live Nation executives and guests, and coordinate show-night operations with the Ops Director, servers, and security. Maintain exemplary grooming standards and observe opera boxes/reserved seating to ensure an exceptional experience throughout the performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Upsell available VIP inventory to concert patrons by being present at every show.
•Serve as an information resource for VIP clients regarding their venue experience.
•Assist VIP clients with arrival timing and concert times.
•Provide recognition to Live Nation executives and VIP clients to enhance membership appreciation.
•Coordinate show-night operations with the Ops Director, servers, and security while monitoring opera boxes and reserved stools for personalized service.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.

•Flexible schedule and ability to work in multi venues.
