Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain long-term relationships with investment management and trust clients, beneficiaries, and interested parties.
  • •Perform and coordinate client estate planning and detailed estate and trust administration.
  • •Conduct needs assessments and provide ongoing advice and counsel to customers.
  • •Handle daily incoming customer calls and inquiries, and develop referral sources to secure new customers.
  • •Ensure compliance with bank policies and applicable regulations, including BSA/AML, while coordinating complex client needs with internal and external professionals.
