Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and analyze information, reports, and data to determine compliance with internal policy and regulations, challenging the business as needed.
  • •Assist in development, maintenance, and support of the Compliance Management System (CMS), with emphasis on mortgage servicing compliance oversight.
  • •Provide compliance subject matter advice, guidance, and interpretation of policies; support risk assessments, issue management, and controls evaluation.
  • •Collaborate across lines of defense to support regulatory commitments and enhance monitoring and controls to mitigate compliance risk.
  • •Monitor compliance issues, analyze mitigation strategies, validate corrective actions, and provide final written reports to first-line management or risk committees.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or similar; mortgage servicing compliance program experience preferred.
  • •High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of banking operations (e.g., deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management) and mortgage servicing processes (default/non-default and subservicing oversight) preferred.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of applicable mortgage servicing regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, and industry standards.
  • •Intermediate MS Office skills and communication abilities (speaking and writing).
