Director, Security

Lead enterprise security strategy and governance within Global Security, providing risk-based oversight to protect personnel, facilities, operations, and reputation. Shape and execute security programs across international and Americas portfolios, including global investigations, executive protection, GSOC, travel security, and security technology. Oversee assurance, audit/compliance, crisis management, incident response, and vendor management, while advising senior leadership and supporting high-risk operations and workforce protection.
