Key Requirements

  • •M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other relevant engineering/technical degree for photolithography and process development.
  • •B.S. with 3+ years of semiconductor processing experience with an emphasis on lithography will also be considered.
  • •Experience in photolithography or semiconductor process development.
  • •Working knowledge of process characterization, data analysis, and statistical methods.
  • •Ability to collaborate across cross-functional technical teams.
