Job Summary

Support the design and delivery of high-voltage power system projects across ANZ, including transmission and distribution networks and distributed generation. You’ll assist with technical design development, engineering calculations, project documentation, and substation model development with simulations for primary electrical studies. Working with experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll contribute to safe, standards-based project execution and may participate in site visits and commissioning activities.

•Assist with the design and analysis of high-voltage power systems, including preparation of calculations, drawings, and technical reports.

•Contribute to consultation activities with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders under guidance from senior engineers.
•Apply engineering standards, procedures, and safety requirements across all tasks.
•Participate in site visits, inspections, and commissioning activities as required.

Key Requirements

•Be in your penultimate year of a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
•Able to work full-time hours from 16 November 2026 to 19 February 2027.
•Have full working rights to work in Australia and New Zealand before applying.
•Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
