Lead strategic category management for capital equipment purchases across the organization, including procurement process execution, supplier relationship management, and sourcing oversight. Develop and implement multi-year category strategies to grow spend with preferred suppliers, align internal partners on business needs, and drive supplier performance improvements. Own contract development and negotiation across the lifecycle to maximize value while minimizing risk, partnering with regional and global procurement teams. Travel 10–15%.
