Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, mentor, and grow a small team of product designers with 1:1s and career development support.
  • •Partner with product managers and engineering leads to set design priorities, align roadmaps, and advocate for UX.

  • •Facilitate design critiques and review sessions to ensure consistent, high-quality, accessible work.
