Job Summary

Support the Benelux organization across operational and strategic HR activities, partnering with managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle. Help drive talent and performance management, employee development, and organizational change initiatives. Coordinate core HR processes such as workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, compensation reviews, and internal mobility, while analyzing HR data to prepare reports and recommendations for local, regional, and global HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics and guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.
•Support talent management, performance management, and employee development initiatives across the Retail Benelux organization.
•Contribute to organizational development and change management projects that drive business transformation and team effectiveness.
•Coordinate key HR processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, compensation reviews, and internal mobility.
•Analyze HR data, prepare reports and recommendations, and participate in local, regional, and global HR projects.

Key Requirements

•First experience in Human Resources, ideally within a retail, consumer goods, or international business environment.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
•Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Analytical mindset and confidence working with HR data and reporting tools.
