Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with product teams to build deep technical expertise on new products and capabilities as they develop.
  • •Own the technical GTM handshake for model and product launches, including early testing and field readiness assessments.
  • •Build demos, evals, and prototypes showcasing customer-relevant capabilities and define performance criteria.
  • •Develop enablement materials such as playbooks, training sessions, and reference architectures with Technical Enablement.
  • •Engage hands-on with strategic customers on novel technical challenges and synthesize learnings into insights for product and research roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in a technical role such as software engineering or technical product management, ideally with customer/end-user exposure.
  • •Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in at least one programming language.
  • •Meaningful experience building with large language models, including shipping LLM-powered products, agents/workflows, or integrating models into production systems.
  • •Experience designing evals, building prototypes, or developing technical enablement for complex products.
  • •Excellent communication skills to convey complex topics clearly to diverse external and internal stakeholders.
