Drive operational efficiency and reporting accuracy within Credit Operations by analyzing credit metrics and Key Data Elements (KDEs). Build and maintain daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports, investigate data discrepancies across systems, and partner with Enterprise Data and business teams to improve data integrity. Collaborate with process owners to redesign workflows and reporting structures, lead credit operations reporting initiatives, and mentor analysts while supporting cross-functional goals.
