Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, direct, and supervise the airport operation on duty, including oversight of team and service provider performance.
  • •Ensure adherence to local authority arrival/departure documentation and reporting requirements.
  • •Make day-to-day operational decisions to manage and mitigate operational safety and security risks on a shift basis.
  • •Oversee passenger and aircraft handling operations on a shift basis, ensuring completion of arrival/departure checklists and compliance with brand, policy/procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Deliver shift on-time performance and coordinate disruption recovery, including liaison with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC, plus emergency/disruption planning and business continuity execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree level education desirable (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or relevant industry experience with frontline service delivery and communication knowledge.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in service, hospitality, airline, or retail with relevant knowledge of aviation/travel/airport policies.
  • •Previous supervisory exposure in a highly pressured, multicultural shift environment.
  • •Mature personality with outstanding communication skills and supervisory skills.
  • •Ability to balance guest-centric focus and corporate interest while maintaining highest safety and security standards and coordinating teams and service providers on shift.
