Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with third-party vendors, subsidiaries, affiliates, and stakeholders for on-site logistics for board meetings and a general assembly meeting annually.
  • •Prepare presentations, talking points, and other written materials for the Board Chairman, CEO, and corporate management.
  • •Support board support activities and tasks as required or directed by the Corporate Secretary, Assistant Corporate Secretary, and/or the Logistics and Event Planning lead.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management, Communications, Public Affairs and Services, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 9 years professional experience, including at least 6 years in a PR function in related fields.
  • •Experience in event management or a related field.
  • •Experience communicating with high-level executives.
  • •Superior organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
