Own the end-to-end sales process for AI-led Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, focusing on net-new business acquisition and account expansion in the SMB market. Key Responsibilities

•Own the entire sales process to deliver key performance metrics, prioritizing acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts through AI-led solutions.
•Position Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein AI, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud predictive and generative tools) to help customers modernize marketing and drive measurable ROI.
•Handle strategic accounts and relationships as a trusted advisor on how AI can transform customer engagement strategies.
•Drive pipeline development via outbound prospecting, targeted email campaigns, and market intelligence alongside the Business Development Manager.
•Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in salesforce.com and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting.

•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business value.
•Demonstrated track record of achievement against targets and metrics, including consistent revenue achievement.
•Strong sales forecasting abilities and consistent attainment of revenue goals.
•Successful history of net new business acquisition and existing account upsell, with consistent overachievement of quota.
•Credibility internally and with customers, particularly in technology transformation and AI adoption conversations.
