Key Responsibilities

  • •Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members through guidance, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • •Serve as primary client point of contact and lead multidisciplinary teams (clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers) across project phases.
  • •Develop and execute project strategy, define KPIs, and establish governance frameworks and control mechanisms for quality, safety, compliance, risk, and environmental management.
  • •Oversee project controls for schedule, cost, risk, and change management; lead design development to meet client, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
  • •Monitor budgets and manage invoicing processes using D-365, including validating invoice data and resolving discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in industrial project management or construction projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction-related fields (e.g., architecture, civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering).
  • •Professional engineer or relevant qualification in Taiwan (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills with experience managing people.
  • •Business-level English or Korean proficiency.
