Key Responsibilities

•Build secure tenant isolation, authentication, authorization, and audit for customer organizations, including regulated deployment requirements.
•Develop tenant provisioning, self-serve administration, and customer onboarding lifecycle services, including billing/pricing/metering surfaces.
•Own and evolve public APIs (REST, streaming, async) and ship developer SDKs and agent tool/function interfaces.
•Build MCP/agent integration paths, including scoping, isolating, and trusting customer-provided integrations within a tenant.
•Operate the platform in production: ship regularly, debug production issues, and make engineering tradeoffs with high autonomy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 256,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of backend software engineering with meaningful experience in APIs, backend services, or platform infrastructure.
•Strong expertise in API design/versioning, multi-tenancy, authentication/authorization, or backend services at scale.
•Proficiency with Python (FastAPI), Kubernetes, AWS, and databases (SQL or document).
•Strong developer experience focus, including writing clear errors and maintaining backward compatibility.
•Ability to ship working code regularly, debug production issues, and own systems end-to-end.
