Job Summary

Deliver exceptional guest experiences at an award-winning FIVE Hotels & Resorts destination as part of the Food and Beverage team. Lead the entrance experience by greeting guests warmly, managing guest lists and ticket verification, and applying crowd management to maintain a seamless “Vibe at FIVE.” Proactively handle security concerns by partnering with the security team, lead and train door staff, and act as a liaison to resolve guest queries while upholding grooming and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Recognise regular guests and deliver personalised guest service and guest relations using thorough knowledge of FIVE Hotels.
•Provide accurate waiting times, manage seating arrangements, and ensure preferences and special requests are met.
•Own the Playa Pacha entrance experience as the first point of contact, greeting guests with warmth and professionalism.
•Execute guest list and ticket verification procedures while balancing exclusivity and accessibility.
•Lead by example: manage crowd flow, maintain vigilance for security concerns, collaborate with security on incidents/emergencies, and support door staff through training and guidance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 10,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of luxury hotel experience in a supervisory or managerial Front Office role delivering exceptional guest experiences.
•Extensive proficiency managing reservations platforms and bookings across various channels.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) to engage guests, FIVE Tribe members, and stakeholders.
•Strong organisational and leadership skills to lead and inspire the FIVE Tribe to deliver standout guest experiences.
•A professional, “Insta-Worthy” appearance aligned with FIVE grooming standards and a hands-on, proactive attitude.
