Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn all functional areas needed to operate and manage the branch, including purchasing, inventory, and basic accounting/billing.
  • •Assure systems are in place for handling customer phone calls and manage receptionist scheduling with proper backup coverage.
  • •Oversee fax and copier operations, including repairs, toner/paper supplies, and ensuring faxes reach the correct recipient in a timely manner.
  • •Learn and enforce the invoicing process, including daily invoice register review, invoicing policy compliance, and cash drawer closeout/balancing.
  • •Oversee branch upkeep by arranging repairs and maintenance for facilities (including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical) and managing a cleaning service.
