Job Summary

Learn and manage branch operations across purchasing, inventory, customer invoicing, basic accounting, billing, and office administration. Own daily invoicing processes, including invoice register review, cash account maintenance, and cash drawer closeout. Coordinate receptionist coverage, manage fax/copy equipment maintenance and supplies, and support branch upkeep by overseeing repairs covering HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Train and oversee cleaning service personnel.

Key Responsibilities

•Learn all functional areas needed to operate and manage the branch, including purchasing, inventory, and basic accounting/billing.
•Assure systems are in place for handling customer phone calls and manage receptionist scheduling with proper backup coverage.
•Oversee fax and copier operations, including repairs, toner/paper supplies, and ensuring faxes reach the correct recipient in a timely manner.
•Learn and enforce the invoicing process, including daily invoice register review, invoicing policy compliance, and cash drawer closeout/balancing.
•Oversee branch upkeep by arranging repairs and maintenance for facilities (including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical) and managing a cleaning service.

Key Requirements

•Associates degree preferred.
