Job Summary

Strengthen and scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) capabilities within the AEM competency team, providing technical competency leadership across architecture definition, innovation, and governance. Drive Agentic AI and GenAI solution design for digital experience programs, including AEM Edge Delivery Services and Brand Visibility use cases. Partner with sales and engineering for pre-sales solutioning, estimations, and blueprints, while leading, mentoring, and growing AEM/AI engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the technical vision for Brand Visibility use cases using solutions like Brand Concierge, LLM optimizer, and AEM Edge Delivery Services.
•Provide architectural oversight across projects to ensure scalability, performance, and security, and standardize best practices and reusable frameworks.
•Design and deploy Agentic AI-based use cases to enhance customer experience, including AI-powered accelerators for content lifecycle, DAM, and customer journeys.
•Support pre-sales by partnering with sales and solution teams on proposals, client presentations, technical estimations, architecture blueprints, and capability showcases.
•Lead, mentor, and grow teams of AEM developers, architects, and leads, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and capability development.

Key Requirements

•12+ years in digital experience platforms, including 4+ years in an architect capacity for AEM/EDS solutions and Agentic/Web development.
•Deep expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Headless CMS, and AEM as a Cloud Service; experience with AEM Edge Delivery Services is highly preferred.
•Experience designing and building Agentic AI systems, including LLM platforms (OpenAI, Claude), agent frameworks (langGraph, LangChain, CreqAI), and multi-agent architectures.
•Strong solution architecture experience leveraging AEM, Agentic AI, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native systems.
•Proven technical leadership experience delivering large, complex engagements and building competencies; experience working with global clients and executive stakeholders.
