Rental Manager

Build and launch rental activities in the Netherlands (and potentially Belgium), owning the P&L for the rental division. Lead business development and cultivate strong customer relationships while managing fleet operations to maximize rental performance. Partner with Sales, Service, and Aftermarket teams to deliver integrated solutions. Handle rental operations end-to-end, including forecasting availability, preparing quotes, and finalizing contracts, with an emphasis on service quality and commercial results.
