Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Senior OB Manager to drive shuttle team to reach agreed Service levels so as to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • •Lead team to achieve or exceed productivity/cost/SLA KPI target.
  • •Training team staff to follow company safety policy (EHS) to create a safety environment.
  • •Lead the fulfillment of lean logistics concept and best practice in DC.
  • •Make sure safety first and no injuring at work place.

Key Requirements

  • •College or above education background.
  • •Rich experience of managing automated production equipment and forklifts in the past 5-10 years. Minimum 5-years’ experience in warehouses or distribution center, including 3+ years in managing an automated/semi-automated, large-scale distribution facility which has unit sorter/shuttle/other automatic system
  • •Ability to communicate fluently in both Mandarin and English.
  • •Familiar with WMS/WCS/WES system is preferred
  • •Good communication skill
