Key Responsibilities

  • •Under general supervision, perform general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently, including loading/unloading grain, agronomy, and feed products.
  • •Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs, including lubrication and inspecting equipment for leaks and seeps.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching flexible hoses.
  • •Control and monitor load-out functions and operate automated scale/dump systems.
  • •Maintain quality of inventory, conduct housekeeping and grounds maintenance (including snow removal), and follow safety and record-keeping requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Meet the minimum age requirement.
  • •1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
  • •Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.

  • •High school diploma/GED preferred and CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
