Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure effective and timely implementation of daily logistics operational goals.
  • •Develop logistics programs, support plans, and timelines for new operations, including budget requirements.
  • •Maintain and manage relationships with warehouses, carriers, customs broker, and customers to ensure timely delivery in good condition.
  • •Develop stock control methods, monitor warehousing management, and submit regular situation reports on stocks, equipment, and prepositioned goods.
  • •Plan logistics routes and site set-up to move labor/plant/materials efficiently, implement HSE initiatives, and support incident reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience and 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • •Strong leadership skills to oversee logistics personnel and coordinate day-to-day operations.
  • •Thorough understanding of logistics principles, including transportation, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
  • •Proficiency using logistics software/systems to track shipments, manage inventory, and analyze performance metrics.
  • •ERP knowledge (preferably SAP functional skills) is required.
