Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute integration strategies for blending in-house developed systems with external SaaS platforms.
  • •Partner with solution architects and engineers to design secure, scalable, and maintainable integration patterns aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • •Map and manage system dependencies, integration points, and data flows across Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Audit platforms.
  • •Serve as the primary technical point of contact for systems integration across internal control function applications and external vendors.
  • •Own the end-to-end delivery of integrations: from business analysis and architecture through implementation, testing, and support.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of enterprise systems integration experience in legal, compliance, or risk domains
  • •Hands-on experience integrating SaaS platforms into complex enterprise ecosystems
  • •Deep expertise in enterprise systems architecture (ERP, GRC, financial systems, SaaS platforms)
  • •Strong background in system integration patterns, APIs, data pipelines, and SOA/microservices
  • •Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and regulated industries (financial services or alternative asset management)
