Job Summary

Lead financial planning and analysis for Capital One’s new Technology talent hub in Mexico City. Build and manage a team of associates, collaborate with business leaders to set and execute the budget, and analyze financial results to identify issues, opportunities, and next steps. Partner across US and Mexico teams to track trends, oversee accounting/tax/reporting deliverables, and communicate executive-ready insights and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and lead a team of 5–7 associates across Accounting, Travel & Expense, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
•Partner with the business to set and execute an executable budget and analyze financial results, drivers, and annual financial trajectory.
•Communicate financial results and forecasts, including “what,” “why,” and recommended next steps to senior leadership audiences.
•Oversee delivery of critical Accounting, Tax, and Reporting requirements and coordinate related accounting and business activities.
•Oversee execution of the local Travel & Expense program and support prioritization and funding decisions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•At least 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
•At least 4 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function.
•At least 3 years of people management experience.
•Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Spanish.
