Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as PMC lead for project controls including planning, scheduling, cost management, resource planning, risk management, progress monitoring and performance reporting across the airport development programme.
  • •Establish and maintain integrated master scheduling and project planning standards (work breakdown structures, coding structures, scheduling protocols), including reviewing contractor schedules and monitoring critical path and milestone performance.
  • •Implement cost and resource control systems: budget monitoring/forecasting, expenditure and cash flow forecasts, productivity/resource utilization review, and support commercial teams on variations, claims and extension-of-time impacts.
  • •Build project-wide monitoring, reporting and performance measurement systems including dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting tools, weekly/monthly/executive reporting, and early warning indicators.
  • •Develop and maintain risk registers and risk monitoring systems, perform schedule risk assessments and delay analysis, and coordinate mitigation/contingency/recovery strategies with package managers and project leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Overall 15–20 years of professional experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, cost management and project performance monitoring.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation projects covering airport terminal buildings, airside works, landside infrastructure, utilities and airport support facilities.
  • •Proven expertise in integrated schedule management, cost control, forecasting, resource management, delay analysis and performance measurement.
  • •Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, BIM-enabled project controls, project analytics and digital reporting platforms.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Construction Management/Project Management or related discipline; Master’s preferred and PMP/PMI-SP/Primavera P6 Professional preferred.
